Each item will receive left chest embroidery in your choice of a stacked logo (3" wide) or a Line logo (4" wide).

Please reach out to us if you have any questions on sizing or the garment itself. You are welcome to try on garments at our office, prior to decorating, to ensure proper fit and style.

All sales are final and we can not accept exchanges or returns unless it is due to a defect in the garment itself.

LEAD TIMES: A 2-3 week turnaround time is standard on most items.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1. Jedco deliver to Effingham HSHS Medical Group department head- then order is distributed to employees - Free of charge

2. Pick-up orders at Jedco - Free of charge

3. Ship directly to your home for an additional fee.

RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED due to the wrong size or color or just not liking the ordered item(s). If an error is on our part, we will most definitely correct the problem. With repairs and replacements, if there is a defect in a garment that was just purchased, we will replace the garment. If there is a problem with a garment, it needs to be returned within 48 hrs. We will ask the question, is the problem a defect in the garment of is the problem from general wear and wash?
